Terms & Conditions
By paying your monthly subscription fee you will be deemed to have understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions:
Payment
Payments are to be made by monthly PayPal subscription following the sign up link.
You are free to cancel the subscription at any time; in this case you will no longer have access to the membership site or the Facebook group. No refunds will be made.
Content, membership site and Facebook group
You will have access to the content and resources in the membership site and the Facebook group as long as you continue to pay your monthly subscription fee. These will continue to be added to and updated regularly over time.
We reserve the right to change the schedule and what is offered in the Facebook group whenever we deem it necessary, and in line with feedback and participation from members.
Sharing of content, or taking and storing screenshots in the group or membership site is not permitted under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to cancel your membership if we deem your behaviour to not be in keeping with the ethos of the Mum Stuff community; we will always contact you to discuss this should the situation arise.
Privacy Policy
This privacy policy covers identifiable personal information that is gathered when you join the membership community.
This information is used by me and is not shared or sold to any 3rd party.
Your information will be kept securely as long as you remain a member.
I never use this data to send out marketing emails however I will continue to respond to emails and messages I receive from you, and to keep you informed of events and activities within the group.
This privacy policy has been updated in line with the new GDPR legislation which comes/came into force on 25th May 2018.
You have the right to complain to the ICO if you think that there is a problem with the way I am handling your data.
You have the right to request that I share with you any information I have about you. I will provide it if you request this; it is all the information you already gave me so of course you can have a copy.
I am registered as a data controller with the ICO.
I reserve the right to change or update the Terms and Conditions whenever I deem it to be necessary.
