For women wanting to get the best version of ‘You’ back. An opportunity to look at things from a different perspective; to take some time out to reflect, recharge and renew your enthusiasm; to take control of your life with confidence and clarity.

What it isn’t:

It’s not going to tell you what to do, It’s not going to be a list of do’s and don’ts, It’s not going to tell you you’ve been doing it all wrong – eating the wrong foods, doing the wrong exercise, living your life wrong

What it is:

A day of stopping to take stock of what’s going on for you, Connection with other women going through the same as you, Rest, nourishment and relaxation, Gentle yoga and movement tailored to help replenish you, Tools, techniques and guidance to work out what is really important, make decisions that are right for you, Giving you the tools to communicate more clearly and effectively to find a way that’s right for you

This retreat is hosted by me and my lovely friend who is an accredited yoga teacher, she specialises in different forms of yoga including Trauma informed yoga and Hatha Yoga as well as other styles of meditation and relaxation to help aid knowledge and relaxation during the retreat.
