Life likes to throw things at us in different ways and the saying is when life gives you lemons make lemonade, but a lot of the time this just doesn’t help and doesn’t slow anything down.

My aim is to help women take back control of their life, to slow down and enjoy life’s pleasures so that you don’t spend every waking minute thinking ‘How am I going to juggle all of these responsibilities?’

My Story – cw

At the beginning of the year I felt normal and good and like I was finally moving at a pace where I could keep up with.

Then out of nowhere I was nocked off my routine and crippled with these symptoms with no explanation, not sleeping, not wanting to engage, workload getting on top of me you name it I couldn’t get back on track.

Doctors said there was nothing wrong or that they couldn’t find the reason as to why I was feeling this way.

I spoke to someone at work and through a wellbeing coach I was able to start my journey into realising why these symptoms were stopping me from living my best life and now I understand that my coaching journey must begin.

I had a car accident in 2019 which has left my body with trauma and anxiety, so now I am moving my journey to coaching to tackle my anxiety and trauma.

Not all symptoms are straight forward and in plain sight and I struggled to find someone to listen to find the source of my symptoms. but by using coaching and talking to the right person I was able to identify and start to work through issues to get myself back on track.

Is performance coaching for you?

Performance coaching focusses on improving performance in a specific area of expertise. Personal or life coaching focusses on personal development and the individual performing better (whether in business or personal life). Family or relationship coaching focusses on improving relationships by the individual (or family, if working together) making changes that transform the relationships to improve the situation for everyone involved.

Some issues, such as stress management, depression and confidence/ performance issues respond well either to hypnotherapy or coaching, depending on your personal preference. Often, a course of hypnotherapy to identify and ‘clear out’ past issues that have contributed to the problem developing can be followed by a structured course of coaching to really help you to make long-lasting change as you are supported to develop new, more positive habits and ways of thinking.

Why do we need change?

When we think about changing our lives, we often don’t know how to follow it through or sometimes even where to start.

I’m here to help you find the path that’s achievable so that you can make these changes and make sure you can follow it to the end and create a balanced and successfully changed life.

There are different ways to do this that are individual to each person, which is why there’s a choice to be made on which way is best for you.
