This is a wonderful 1/2 day experience that you can choose as part of the 12 week programme, or as a standalone session if you just want to take some time out to reflect on where you are and where you want to be.
We will start with going through what the major issues are for you right now, to get an idea of what is most important. We will then go on a beautiful walk through the Hope Valley (weather permitting – you can choose very steep or much easier!), incorporating coaching tools and techniques as we go, and including some beautiful mindful moments. We will finish with some time back at my coaching space to set some achievable goals for you.
This session will give you some really great basic coaching tools designed to get to grips with whatever the most pressing issues are for you right now. You will have time to evaluate what is going on for you, and what changes you would like to make – and you will learn some useful tools to help you to make those changes.
We will also engage with some relaxing Mindful Awareness time, and you will receive a free bonus Confidence Building MP3.
