Calmer, Happier Families – From Tots to Teens
Parenting is one of the hardest things to balance for many parents. From the decisions you have to make right from the start – about feeding, dummies, childcare, whether to return to work, and so on – to the complex issues that we all face as they grow up – school, friendships, boundaries, screen time – we all often feel stretched, guilty, worn out, uncertain and unbalanced.
One of the greatest gifts we can give to ourselves is time and space to be more conscious of our decisions and behaviour around our kids. Finding your network of support, those other mums you trust and turn to, people you can share your worries and wins with, people who can listen without judgment and guide you, can be tough.
Putting together elements of the One of Many Coaching programme along with my training and experience teaching BabyCalm and ToddlerCalm (and of course my own experiences as a parent, with all its ups and downs!), plus many years working with children and teenagers, with SEN and without, I am now offering a series of workshops, and online and group coaching programmes that will guide you through the difficulties of being a balanced, conscious parent.
